If you would like to become involved in our committee we would love to hear from you. As you know we are a registered charity and our committee is run by a group of volunteers including some who no longer have children at preschool. We are dependent on the involvement of our volunteers to continue to run. In order for us to operate it is vital that we have enough volunteers on our committee. We do not ask for much of your time. There are just a few meetings per year mainly to discuss fundraising plus an Annual General Meeting. Joining the Committee enables parents/carers to have first-hand involvement in their children’s preschool care and education. We are always keen to welcome new members to the committee. We are urgently looking for a new secretary and chair to come forward. Our current officers no longer have children at the setting and would like to handover the roles to someone else. If we are unable to find anyone to take on the roles we would not be able to function as a preschool. Without a committee we would not be able to operate as a Preschool, and would therefore have to close. If you are interested in joining, please reply to this email or contact chair@binfieldpreschool.net

This year the Binfield Preschool have been invited along to provide a creche service for the runners. What a great opportunity to be part of this great local community event and allow the runners not to worry about their children.

On Tuesday 7th August Binfield Preschool were invited along to participate in the Summer of Fun at Farley Wood Community Centre along with loads of other community groups. The weather was perfect and some of the activities on show were free to get involved with. A massive thank you to the ladies at the Preschool who manned the stall all day and enjoyed meeting and playing with the parents and local children. A big thank to the Binfield Parish Council for the invite and we'll be back next year.
